The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the full operations of a club venue—be it a members’ club, executive lounge, or fitness/recreation facility. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality guest experiences, seamless operations, and adherence to brand standards and financial targets.

CUSTOMER & MEMBER EXPERIENCE

  • Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members, guests, and partners

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
  • 2-5 years in club management or a similar supervisory role; hospitality or leisure experience a plus
  • Strong team building, training, and staff management capabilities
  • Budgeting, resource allocation, and financial monitoring proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills
  • Skilled at multitasking, event management, and strategic planning
  • Fluent in club management software, MS Office, and report systemsCustomer-focused, meticulous, proactive, and adaptable to evening/weekend operations
