WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, i.e., general manager of a large-scale resort.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
  • UAE Experience will be added advantage
