QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Technical diploma or trade certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in a hotel, resort, or remote facility.
• Proven experience operating:
• Power generators (diesel or hybrid systems)
• Desalination or water treatment plants
• Sewage treatment systems
• HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical fittings, and control systems.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote location
• High attention to detail and operational safety
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, maintenance systems)
• Physically fit and capable of working in hot, humid, or confined environments
