If you thrive on genuine hospitality, your place is with us at voco hotels Day-to-Day Responsibilities Market Development Develop and implement sales strategies to capture business from key European source markets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, luxury travel consortia, and corporate accounts in Europe. Identify new business opportunities in leisure, MICE, weddings, and premium group segments. Revenue Growth Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for room nights, revenue, and market share. Promote long-stay packages, premium suites, and tailored experiences for European clientele. Upsell and cross-sell hotel services including F&B, events, and spa. Client Engagement Conduct regular sales calls, roadshows, and presentations to European clients. Represent voco Monaco at international trade shows, exhibitions, and luxury travel fairs (e.g., ITB Berlin, WTM London). Organize familiarization trips (FAMs) for European partners and media. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with Marketing to develop region-specific campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials. Coordinate with Revenue and Reservations teams to optimize pricing and availability for European markets. Share market intelligence and competitor insights with management. Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate records of accounts, contracts, and sales activities in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on performance, forecasts, and market trends. Ensure compliance with IHG standards and hotel policies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field. 3-5 years' experience in hotel sales, preferably handling European markets for a luxury hotel or resort. Strong network of contacts with European tour operators, DMCs, and corporate accounts. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German, French, Italian, or Russian is a strong advantage. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office. Highly motivated, target-driven, and flexible to travel frequently within Europe.
