Job Summary The Franchise Manager – Specialty Care will own the strategic, commercial, and operational leadership of a specialized therapeutic area. You will drive portfolio excellence, lead cross-functional execution, and ensure sustained growth across the franchise. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the overall franchise strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market dynamics. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and business continuity. Drive lifecycle management and commercial plans for current and future products within the specialty portfolio. Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends to guide strategic decision-making. Oversee launch excellence for new products, ensuring impactful go-to-market strategies. Manage franchise performance through robust forecasting, KPI tracking, and continuous performance optimization. Coach and develop team members to ensure high capability, engagement, and commercial effectiveness. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. 10+ years of progressive commercial/marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Proven people management experience is essential. Demonstrated success in specialty markets Marketing certification is an advantage. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen. Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
