About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Franchise Marketing Coach to join our team in Burnaby, BC. In this role, you’ll be the primary marketing contact for a portfolio of franchisees - advising them on local strategies, helping execute campaigns, and ensuring performance goals are met. Strategic Marketing Guidance: Advise franchisees on marketing strategies including digital advertising (PPC/display), SEO, and local branding—all aligned with company standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house PPC, SEO, and social media teams to customize marketing strategies that align with each franchisee’s goals and local market dynamics. Campaign Coordination & Support: Assist in the execution of marketing plans by coordinating resources, tools, and internal support. Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign results, generate performance reports, and offer data-driven recommendations for improvement. Best Practice Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of successful strategies between franchisees to foster a culture of growth and learning. Internal Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Marketing Director on franchisee performance, satisfaction, and key trends or issues. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in account management, digital marketing, or a client-facing role. Background in franchising, home services, or multi-location businesses is a strong plus. Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of digital channels including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and CRM platforms. Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present marketing plans and performance insights clearly and confidently. Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Able to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Highly Organized: Skilled in juggling multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset. Please note: This is a hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC. Candidates must be located in the Greater Vancouver Area and able to commute to the office several times per week.
