Job Description The Franchise Operation Executive supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives/campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and driving business growth across local markets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, licensees, and external partners to plan campaigns, retail activations, and promotional activities that strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement. Support the franchise mkt strategy implementation and undertake the execution of tradeshows, key partner meetings and consumer facing events and franchise mkt daily operation to strength the core franchises mkt communication and facilitate the UP&E business continuous growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support franchise operation director on franchise marketing calendar and strategy implementation Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and retail activations Provide marketing toolkits, brand guidelines, and mkt creative assets to licensees Review and align partner marketing materials to ensure compliance with brand standards. Social media accounts and influencers daily maintenance Support franchise operation director for all the local KPM/licensing show/tradeshow events project management and execution. Daily management on external agency and vendors to ensure marketing initiatives execution Work closely with UP&E internal cross-function teams, global franchise team and local cross-BU teams for daily coordination and communication. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate market trends and competition Support franchise operation director in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses The responsibilities associated with this position are not limited to the above description and may be modified at any time by the Company. Qualifications Basic Requirements: Education major in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, social media, and event promotion (experience in the entertainment, media, or lifestyle sectors preferred). Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including campaign planning, branding, and audience targeting. Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, etc.). Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and creative agencies. Capability of market research, data analysis, campaign tracking and reporting Passionate about entertainment, pop culture, and trends. Interest in movie, animation, or character IP marketing is a strong plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
