Running an Aussie franchise store means you will: Lead your business – Take charge of strategy, operations, and customer relationships as the CEO of your store. Grow your team – Recruit, manage, and inspire brokers and support staff to deliver outstanding service. Drive local marketing – Leverage Aussie’s national campaigns alongside your own community-focused initiatives. Engage with customers – Provide home loan solutions, property hub services, and end-to-end support for property buyers. Preferred (but not required): Experience in sales, customer service, business ownership, finance, or related fields. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A commitment to customer success and community engagement. Training & Licensing Support: Assistance in obtaining Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (if not already held).
