As a Franchise Recruitment Manager, your primary focus will be to drive growth by booking discovery calls and converting leads into new franchisees for ActionCOACH. You will handle initial franchise inquiries with efficiency and precision, qualifying prospects to join our successful coaching network.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the franchise sector.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships through phone, email, and text, establishing trust and rapport.
  • Proactively manage and follow up on leads from various sources to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with leads, guiding them through the decision-making process.
  • Achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Accurately record interactions and track progress using HubSpot CRM.
  • Report regularly to the CEO on lead management and sales performance.
  • Embrace and embody the ActionCOACH culture while staying updated on trends in franchising and business coaching.
