Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the daily workflow of the department Leads the franchising and business development initiatives Monitors and tracks effectiveness of franchising campaigns Tracks all franchising and business development data and creates written reports and presentations to bring to the top management Works with the executive team, marketing managers, department heads, to set the franchising strategy for the brands Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, locations and franchising opportunities Ensures that all franchisees are aligned with the brand standardization, procedures, promotions, guidelines, rules and regulations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proven franchise relations/ business development management experience Exceptional communication and presentation skills Excellent skills in interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and time management Strong analytical and problem- solving skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Expert understanding of service and product Innate drive to succeed and take initiative Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure Additional Information Benefits: 13th-month pay Government Mandated Benefits Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday-saturday Education: Bachelor's (Required) What to do next?
