QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and/or coaching within the healthcare industry is required; experience in senior care or home care is a strong plus.

DIRECT EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING FRANCHISEES OR WORKING WITHIN A FRANCHISE SYSTEM IS REQUIRED.

• Proven ability to guide and support franchise operators to drive performance, compliance, and growth
• Proficiency in CRM systems and performance tracking tools to monitor and optimize sales and operational metrics.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 60+ days per year) to support franchise locations across the U.S.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple coaching or consulting relationships simultaneously

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Support Services, the Franchise Sales Coach provides hands-on support to franchise owners and their teams. You’ll help strengthen their sales approach, improve lead conversion, and retain more clients — while coaching them to become confident, capable leaders in their markets.
This is a full-time position requiring frequent travel (approximately 60+ days per year) and a passion for relationship-building and performance improvement.
