This is a production-focused sales role for a disciplined closer who wants to drive growth and make meaningful impact. In this role, you won’t just sell franchises — you will help entrepreneurs launch a rewarding career serving individuals with special needs, building businesses rooted in passion, purpose, and real community impact. Compensation $6,000 per month base salary Typical bonus range: $5,000–$10,000+ per month based on performance What You’ll Do Advance qualified candidates through our defined franchise sales process Conduct structured discovery and qualification calls Drive franchise agreements to execution and funding Maintain CRM accuracy and weekly pipeline reporting Operate in strict compliance with approved FDD disclosures and pricing Inspire candidates around the mission, impact, and opportunity of serving the special needs community Experience We’re Looking For Proven track record in franchise sales, B2B sales, or high-ticket closing Consistent performance against measurable production targets Strong qualification and discovery skills Ability to follow a structured sales process High integrity and respect for compliance standards Passion for mission-driven businesses and community impact Monthly Targets 3 funded franchises 1 additional territory This is a remote position.
