Description

The Franchise Sales Representative plays a key role in growing the Sabai Thai Spa network by identifying, qualifying, and securing new franchise partners. This role involves full-cycle franchise development, from lead generation to deal closure, and extends into onboarding and nurturing franchisee relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of franchise development, exceptional sales capabilities, and a passion for wellness and hospitality.

FRANCHISEE EVALUATION & QUALIFICATION:

  • Screen prospective franchisees to ensure cultural fit, financial capability, and operational alignment.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, financial reviews, and due diligence assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales—preferably in spa, wellness, beauty, or service industries.
  • Strong closing skills with a proven track record of converting leads into signed franchise deals.
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
  • Deep understanding of franchise legal documentation and FDD processes.
  • Ability to evaluate financial statements and franchise investment models.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and virtual presentation tools.
