As the planning and installation coordinator for Frank & Honest coffee solutions, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation and operation of automated coffee machines across Musgrave-supplied retailers throughout Northern Ireland. You’ll provide on-site training, collaborate with the Brand Support Manager, and work alongside Service Engineer Providers to ensure smooth, efficient operations and optimal consumer experiences.
Your expertise will ensure a seamless rollout of Frank & Honest coffee machines, helping to drive sales growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding consumer experience.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a competitive sales environment, ideally within retail, foodservice, or the coffee sector.
  • Proven experience working with third-party suppliers and technical teams.
  • Expertise in stock forecasting in line with rollout plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (cell formatting, formulas, data validation), and experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • A solid track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail, especially in machine data accuracy.
