    We are currently seeking experienced and capable Franna Operators to join our shutdown team, on a casual basis. These roles will be FIFO (fly-in, fly-out) from Perth, Western Australia.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Currently living or residing in Western Australia
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience operating, with rigging experience also highly advantageous
  • Australian Driver’s Licence with a HR class
  • High Risk Work Licence with CN and RI classes, as a minimum
  • Working at Heights qualification (within 2 years’ of issue)
  • White card
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
  • Previous experience operating frannas, with a minimum of 2 years
  • Current inductions to Roy Hill and Rio Tinto are highly advantageous

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operation of Norwest frannas, ensuring the highest standard of safety is achieved.
  • Undertake pre-start checks on equipment, and reporting any issues or concerns to the Supervisor, along with completing the relevant paperwork.
  • Adhere to Norwest and client policies and procedures.
  • Carry out mandatory tasks as directed by the Supervisor, Norwest Management, or the client.
  • Ensure that the franna is kept in excellent condition and is safely shutdown at the end of shift.
