Hypernative is the leading startup solving major challenges in blockchain, crypto, and Web3. We are looking for a highly analytical and curious Analyst to join our Reputation Products team. The role focuses on research, data analysis, fraud and compliance investigations, and improving the quality and coverage of our detection capabilities. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who enjoys solving complex problems, leveraging AI tools, and uncovering insights that drive product decisions. Responsibilities Conduct deep research and investigations across open-source, web, and blockchain data sources. Analyze data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights to improve product quality and detection capabilities. Collaborate with Product, Research, and Engineering teams to support customer needs, trials, and product improvements. Leverage AI tools and analytical platforms to accelerate research, investigations, and decision-making. Requirements Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Excellent research capabilities and experience in working with data. Ability to use Excel/SQL/Python and other querying tools to analyze large datasets. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. AI-savvy, self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn. Advantages Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi ecosystems. Previous experience in cybersecurity, Web3 companies, or relevant service experience Academic background (completed or in-progress)
