Take on a new challenge within our Fraud Support Team who are passionate about reviewing, analysing and verifying transactions with a key focus on fraud prevention and detection. You will make a difference in creating positive customer experiences and protecting customers from fraud risk.

What role will you play?
As a member of our Fraud Support Team, you will be responsible for protecting client funds across our Banking and Financial Services products and providing a seamless client experience. You will support clients over the phone to validate online and card transactions to prevent frauds and scams as well support those clients who have been impacted.
As we operate 24/7 we work within scheduled shift patterns, this role requires you to work Saturdays and Sundays and three days during the week, evening shifts. Please only apply to this role if you can accommodate this shift pattern.
This is a phone based role and you’ll be working in a contact center environment.
