Description
Conduct fraud control testing across VOIS centres as per the annual programme, evaluating control effectiveness and identifying risks. Ensure minimum anti-fraud baseline controls are tested and reviewed periodically. Analyse fraud incidents and assess the fraud control environment. Propose and evaluate fraud control initiatives to mitigate risks. Lead allocated Fraud Risk Assessment (FRA) activities, agree outcomes with vertical heads, and follow up on mitigation actions. Perform preliminary FRAs for VOIS transitions. Coordinate evidence collection for monthly reporting and assurance activities. Support and contribute to the implementation of the VOIS Fraud Management Awareness programme. Deliver fraud prevention awareness training and raise organisational awareness. Collaborate with internal teams including Investigations, Risk, Internal Audit, and Group Fraud teams. Prepare management reports and presentations on fraud-related activities. Minimum 5+ years of experience in fraud management-related activities. Strong understanding of shared services or telecom industry processes. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Results-driven with strong coordination abilities. Capable of working under strict deadlines. Proficient in English (written and spoken). Experience in international work environments. Holds a university degree and has undergone relevant fraud management training.
