What You’ll be Doing Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? Protecting people and businesses from fraudulent activities? You’ll review and analyze cases to prevent and detect fraud. You’ll work to resolve issues and protect the interests of the client and their customers via phone or email. During a Typical Day, You’ll Answer incoming calls from customers with respect and empathy as you determine next steps Monitor and analyze transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities Navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged with customers Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns and irregularities to determine action required based on established procedures to protect the customers Identify risk and prevent loss from fraud reports, referrals from fraud email box, and return items (multiple sources/platforms).
