  • Competent with all Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and willingness to explore.
  • Experience of basic programming in SQL
  • Creativity, energy and personal drive to stop new and emerging fraud threats and always seeking to make things better
  • An eye for detail and aptitude to both identify and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to plan and anticipate your own workloads
Responsibilities
  • Develop real-time intelligence from all our fraud systems to disrupt any potential organised crime gangs. Utilising our tools and data to locate significant insights and promote positive change across the business. These systems will include Threat Metrix, Falcon, RSA, CIFAS, Hunter and many others.
  • Helping the Fraud Prevention team in determining new threats by aptly ensuring that everyone is aware of new and emerging threats.
  • Responsible for helping to craft and shape our strategies, helping us to reduce fraud losses.
  • Working with Intelligence agencies, internal partners and reporting suspicious activity to leadership.
  • Identify unseen trends by undertaking ad-hoc analysis in order to recommend appropriate action for the business. In addition, you’ll take full responsibility for producing in-depth insight which can be used to identify areas for improvement in Fraud Strategy and Operational teams.
  • Assist and lead initiatives to help our customers.
