Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Prevent, detect, and investigate complex fraudulent activity across the network.
Analyse data, financial records, and transactions to identify fraud risks and patterns.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support investigations and legal outcomes.
Monitor emerging fraud trends and share insights to strengthen prevention strategies.
Provide fraud awareness training and guidance to On Board and Station colleagues.
Support recovery of losses through legal action or out-of-court settlements.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
