    You will be working in a small team of fraud specialists responsible for determining the strategy of managing internal and eternal fraud at local level. You will be strengthening, with your competencies even the Global Fraud CoE. The fraud investigator is functionally responsible for the fraud strategy and management of fraud.
    You will be able to deliver your eisting epertise to projects but also get the great opportunity to discover all the challenges of managing fraud, for both internal as well as eternal fraud. The team is characterised as diverse, open & honest, epertise savvy and has a take it on and make it happen mentality. We closely work together with the Global Fraud Services Tribe which purpose is to realise the global fraud capabilities.
Responsibilities

Based on the priorities, available time in the team and available epertise we will jointly assign projects/tasks. This means you will be able to work on a diversity of activities ranging from risk management activities, deep-dives, driving a guild or taskforce to success, to hands-on delivering epertise where needed. The responsibilities consist of:

  • Determining the ‘what’ (business standard) and ‘when’ (priority) for managing fraud;
  • Design and continuously improve effective and efficient control standards to be compliant to the policy;
  • Create the underlying procedures and monitoring of the implementation of the control standards;
  • Further develop the fraud community across ING Group and push for the realization of the strategic objectives (via Guilds and Taskforces);
  • Organise future proof and customer focused fraud management;
  • Report towards key stakeholders.
