ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fraud space is evolving and growing at Trustly. Our Payment Service Operations Function ensures Trustly’s products and processes deliver robust fraud mitigation while preserving a great customer experience and supporting Trustly’s growth.
We are looking for a Fraud Operations Specialist who can process fraud escalations in a timely manner. An inquisitive mindset is required to ascertain fraud typology and the ability to spot when a pattern or concern has arisen. An analyst who wants to help shape our future fraud strategy using the latest approaches to fraud investigations. An individual who can effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO



    • Process fraud escalation claims in a timely manner

    • Work in a collaborative and cross-functional way to proactively identify, investigate and address fraud concerns
    • Collaborate with our Banking Partners and Merchants to gain a full understanding of the fraud concerns present
    • Process APP Reimbursement claims, providing a thorough investigation and determining the liability outcome
    • Identify opportunities for improvement of the current methods through data- analysis, testing and tracking
