About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As a Fraud Performance & Reporting Advisor you will play a vital role in building confidence in ACC’s commitment to fairness, transparency, and integrity in the management of the Scheme by raising the profile of our fraud interventions and outcomes. You’ll work in close partnership with the Fraud Prevention and Investigation team and the wider ACC, ensuring outcomes and performance measures are visible and accessible. You’ll produce performance reporting on behalf of Fraud Prevention and Investigation, tailoring insights to align with strategic priorities. You’ll also respond to reactive requests under the Official Information Act, and Customer Information Requests. You’ll monitor the impact of fraud interventions, present insights to leadership, and help strengthen fraud and operational risk visibility. This role also supports our documentation frameworks (including Sharepoint), and internal communications for our unit. A detailed position description is available on request. About you | Mōu Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Proven ability to lead reporting that translates data into clear, actionable insights - both written and verbal. Skilled in writing reports in plain English, supported by effective visualisations. Strategic thinker who can link operational work to broader organisational goals, with experience producing reports that clearly align with and support strategic outcomes. Strong planning and organisational skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines under pressure. Sound judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise complex tasks. Comfortable working in fast paced environments and adapting to change. A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, high performing team culture. The appointing salary for this role will sit between $85,037 and $100,043 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
