Responsibilities
  • Raise fraud awareness among our colleagues and customers
  • Identify and investigate fraud trends seen through reported fraud cases
  • Investigate and prevent non plastic fraud
  • Identify high risk activity from fraud alerts to protect our FANS
  • Work with peers and contacts at other banking organisations to maximize the potential for recovery of funds
  • Effectively challenge customer fraud claims if and when required
  • Work with the Metro Bank University team to improve our fraud training content
