Regulatory Compliance and Enforcement * File required reports with law enforcement and regulatory agencies in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. * Preserve cyber, electronic, and physical evidence related to fraud investigations. * Perform compliance monitoring, audits, and control reviews supporting internal tracking and reporting to the Supervisory Committee and Board. * Facilitate daily fraud alerts, investigations, and communication with internal stakeholders regarding emerging risks and trends. Training and Education * Develop and deliver fraud‑related training and educational materials for employees, including industry trends, detection techniques, loss mitigation strategies, identity theft prevention, and red‑flag identification. * Promote fraud awareness and support a strong culture of risk management across the Credit Union. What You’ll Bring: * Three to five years of experience in fraud risk management, investigations, financial crimes, or a related field. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry‑recognized certifications. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to draw sound conclusions and support risk‑based decisions. * Experience applying fraud analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks. * Experience with legal documentation, regulatory reporting, and evidence preservation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and BSA/AML designation a plus.
