Job Description:
Do you have a keen interest in detecting and mitigating policy fraud? Looking to join a market leading team? If so, this could be the ideal role for you. You’ll be critical to the ongoing effectiveness of our fraud strategy in protecting AXA from fraud and criminality is our specialist Commercial Policy Fraud Team.
You’ll use your skills to investigate and manage policy fraud investigations across the commercial portfolio using key investigation methodology and techniques whilst adhering to appropriate legislation and regulatory practices. Working with the relevant business area to deliver appropriate, proportionate and timely investigation outcomes.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Responsibilities
  • Receive referrals on policies / customers which require investigation and undertake said investigations; manage the investigation in an appropriate and timely manner and evidence outcome/decision
  • Obtain evidence with due regard to appropriate legislation and regulatory practices such as Data Protection Act.
  • Engage the relevant business area to deliver a proportionate fraud outcome
  • All investigations to be agreed and signed off by the Commercial Policy Fraud & Intelligence Manager as part of an investigation standards and quality audit
  • Liaise and develop mutually beneficial relationships with internal parties i.e. underwriters/claims
  • Work closely with our key brokers to ensure support and delivery of our UW Fraud strategy
  • To gather knowledge, information and insight into new and emerging fraud trends and support the appropriate dissemination to the relevant areas of the business
  • Maintain and produce consistent, accurate business critical management information to be used throughout the company.
