Direct Hire Opportunity Customer Experience (CX) Agent – Buyer & Seller Support Location: Remote (must reside within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ) Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: March 30th, 2026 Shifts: Daytime/Evening (between 5:00am–11:30pm PST) Compensation: 0–2 years experience: $24/hr About the Role As a CX Agent you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—buyers and sellers—who need support navigating the platform. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our users feel heard, supported, and empowered. You’ll work within Zendesk, our CRM platform, to manage and respond to customer inquiries. With access to detailed SOPs and documentation, you’ll be equipped to provide timely and accurate support across a variety of issues.
