OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy in a warehouse environment, particularly in grocery store settings. If you have experience with inventory management and are comfortable using RF scanners, we encourage you to apply.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a warehouse or grocery store environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for effective communication with diverse teams.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move products throughout the shift.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

• Accurately pick orders based on customer requests and inventory lists.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring stock is rotated and maintained properly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently when required (certification preferred).
• Must be willing to withstand cold temperatures(we supply Bibs,gloves)
