Description

Chelsea Heritage Limited is a Freehold/ Long Leasehold acquisition and property management service, specialising in leaseholder coordination across a national portfolio .
We are looking for a highly organised, experienced property administrator to join our team.
You will have excellent communication skills, can work independently and have an ownership over your portfolio and tasks with strong attention to detail.
Strong candidates will be confident over email & telephone, with an ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting the other team members with compliance support for the entire group.
  • Reconciliation of invoices and banking for leaseholders.
  • Performing outbound & inbound calls, dealing with queries and administration requests.
  • Day to day reconciliation of clients account and property management portfolio.
  • Processing, approving and drafting invoices for the entire group.
  • Facilitating payments/invoices to landlords, management services and contractors.
  • Collection and chasing ground rents.
  • Creating necessary notices and proactively informing of upcoming statements & invoices.
  • Annual/ Bi-annual budgeting and records of payment against service charge collection.
  • Frequent email communication with leaseholders regarding works, rent and inquires.
  • Logging and actioning leaseholder requests, with transparent email communication and proactivity.
  • Procuring contractor quotes for property work to submit to the group for approval.
  • (Some site visits to the property may be required)
