MPS ARCHONIC GmbH is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Freelance Architect or Civil Engineer to support our team on an exciting industrial construction project in Kenitra, Morocco (near Rabat). Tasks Key Responsibilities: Support the tender process and collaborate with the planning team. Serve as the main point of contact for our German client. Ensure regular on-site presence in Kenitra to supervise construction progress. Monitor quality standards, conduct sampling procedures, and ensure compliance. Organize and lead weekly project coordination meetings (Jour Fixe). Manage invoice verification, cost monitoring, and additional cost controls. Oversee schedule tracking and ensure project milestones are met. Maintain comprehensive site documentation for reporting purposes. Coordinate and participate in acceptance processes with all stakeholders. Requirements Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Relevant experience in industrial construction is a strong asset. Passion for site supervision and construction management. Independent working style with strong responsibility and assertiveness. Willingness to be on-site in Morocco for the project duration. Fluent French is essential for project communication on site. German and/or English skills are required for internal coordination and client communication. Competent in standard Office tools and ideally in AutoCAD or similar. Valid driver’s license.
