ABOUT UNILEGION:

Unilegion is a leader in class action lawsuits, specializing in antitrust cases. Based in Munich, we bring together companies affected by the same event to assert their rights through collective legal action. By consolidating claims, we provide businesses with a cost-effective and powerful way to pursue compensation, rather than individual legal claims.
Currently, we are managing several high-profile class actions, including one involving 800 companies for over €200 million against the truck cartel, and another with 3,000 German farmers for over €150 million against the German cartel of plant protection wholesalers.

Responsibilities

We are looking for Italian-speaking B2B sales professionals to join our team and play a key role in outbound phone outreach. You will be reaching out to businesses in the packaging sector that may have been affected by Italian Corrugated Cardboard Cartel (1996-2021, primarily 2004-2017), educating them about our services, collecting necessary documents, and guiding them through the contract signing process. This is a flexible freelance position, with a commitment of 20-30+ hours per week and the ability to work remotely.

Compiti

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with businesses to introduce unilegion’s services and explain how they may have been impacted by the cartel.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Educate potential clients on the benefits of our no-risk service, addressing their questions and providing clear, persuasive explanations.
  • Follow-up & Support: Ensure ongoing communication with clients to gather the required documents, answer questions, and help them through the decision and contract signing process.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system to ensure smooth communication.

Requisiti

  • Native-level Italian proficiency with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven success in B2B sales or outbound calling, ideally in a consultative or relationship-based sales environment.
  • Convincing and persuasive with the ability to engage clients, overcome objections, and clearly articulate the value of our service.
  • Highly motivated and energetic, with a strong drive to achieve goals and a passion for helping others.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue pushing forward to close deals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on creating trust and providing exceptional client service.
  • CRM experience is a strong plus.
  • Available to work min. 20-30 hours per week, up to 40 hours.
