We are currently looking for an Experienced BIM Architect to join our Amsterdam office for an assignment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in BIM modeling, extensive experience in design development stage and the ability to work on large-scale, complex projects.
You will be responsible for developing BIM models, ensuring technical precision and integration across all project phases. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants, ensuring seamless digital workflows and effective execution of design and construction documentation. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining BIM standards, optimizing modeling efficiency, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Duration: 6-12 months

Master’s degree or equivalent in Architecture or related field

• 6+ years’ experience in an international, design-driven environment
• Extensive experience with Design Development stage
• Design excellence
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Rhinoceros
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
• Fluent in English (presenting, speaking, reading, writing)
• Willing to contribute to our collective knowledge culture
