As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that land and construction projects are executed with precision, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Surveyor or in a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS equipment, and software applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively.

Work Location: Remot

• Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other physical features.
• Utilise specialised surveying equipment and software to collect and analyse data.
• Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Review and interpret legal documents related to land use and property ownership.
• Maintain accurate records of surveys, including calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in surveying technology.
