Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in staff augmentation and startup ecosystems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, founders, and executives.
  • Develop proposals and collaborate with the Devitage team to close deals.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring transparency and value delivery.
  • Drive measurable business growth through consistent outreach and networking.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT services, staffing, or staff augmentation).
  • Strong professional network within the United States (connections in Europe or the Middle East are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience collaborating with startups is highly desirable.

Commission Structure

We offer a competitive, performance-driven commission model:

  • Deals up to $5,000 → 5% – 7% commission (based on complexity & margin)
  • Deals $5,001 – $10,000 → 7% – 10% commission (based on value & profitability)
  • Deals $10,000+ → 15% flat commission
