What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads and pitch our recruitment services to businesses across industries
• Develop long-term client relationships and close deals
• Collaborate with our sourcing team to deliver quality talent
• Own your time and earnings with full flexibility

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in business development or client acquisition in the recruitment/staffing sector
• Strong industry connections (Healthcare, Tech, Hospitality, Construction, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a go-getter attitude
