ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented and experienced CAD Technician to join our growing architectural practice on a freelance basis. This is an in-house role (not remote) based just outside Selby, North Yorkshire, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience producing detailed drawings for both residential and commercial projects
• Knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
• Skilled in AutoCAD
• Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and communicate effectively
• Must have own equipment and software
• Must be able to drive, due to our remote location
• Freelance
