About the role We are looking for a Community Manager – Mexico to execute the social media plan for the Kings and Queens League México accounts. This role will report to the Social Media Manager and will be responsible for content publishing, community engagement, and day-to-day channel management. Main Responsibilities Execute the social media calendar for Kings & Queens League Mexico, ensuring timely and accurate content publishing. Adapt global content to the Mexican audience under the guidance of the Social Media Manager. Create engaging captions and copy in Spanish (and English when required) aligned with brand tone. Manage daily community moderation and engagement across all Mexico social platforms. Monitor conversations and trends within the Mexican market, identifying relevant opportunities. Provide real-time coverage during matches and key events. Coordinate with Design, Content, and Marketing teams to ensure proper asset delivery and execution. Support influencer collaborations and local activations. Assist in basic reporting and performance tracking. Support paid media implementation when required (boosting posts, monitoring campaigns). Requirements 2–4 years of experience as a Community Manager or similar social media role. Experience managing brand or sports/entertainment accounts in Mexico. Strong copywriting skills in Spanish; English is a plus. Deep understanding of Mexican digital culture and football audience. Experience with Meta Business Suite, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and similar tools. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Passion for football, digital culture, and online communities.
