REQUIREMENTS

✔ Strong passion for education and international student recruitment.
✔ Experience in education consultancy, business development, or sales is a plus.
✔ Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
✔ Self-motivated and ambitious with the ability to work independently.
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential to grow and manage a regional team.
✔ Existing networks with students, schools, or education institutions will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

✅ Student Consultation & Recruitment:

  • Advise international students on study opportunities in Malaysia, including university options, courses, and career prospects.
  • Guide students through the entire application and admission process.
  • Provide information on scholarships, financial aid, and visa requirements.

✅ Market Expansion & Business Development:

  • Identify new markets and opportunities to promote Malaysian higher education.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, tuition centers, education agents, and local organizations.
  • Represent Projecthaus PLT in international student fairs, webinars, and networking events.

✅ Lead Generation & Engagement:

  • Utilize digital marketing, social media, and personal networks to attract potential students.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure a smooth application journey for students.
