REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience shooting and editing short-form content for social media
  • Able to film in both styles: iPhone/vertical social content and DSLR-level cinematic productions (must own or have access to a DSLR/mirrorless camera with gimbal and 4K/60fps capabilities)
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends
  • Confident in creative direction — you know how to turn a space into a story
  • Ability to analyze viral videos and translate the insights into your own content
  • Self-starter mentality — we want someone who finds solutions, not waits for instructions
  • Passion for luxury real estate, interior design, and architecture
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a drive to continuously learn and adapt
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects and deadlines using Monday.com or Notion
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Luxury Real Estate Content Creator, you’ll be on the front lines of Toronto’s most exclusive listings — producing cinematic walkthroughs, reels, and storytelling-driven short-form content.
But this role is more than just content capture — it’s creative leadership.

You’ll be expected to:

  • Provide creative direction for on-site shoots
  • Use AI tools for ideation, trend forecasting, and scripting
  • Analyze viral videos and reverse-engineer what works
  • Develop unique content strategies for high-net-worth audiences
  • Stay organized using tools like Monday.com or Notion to manage deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Produce both iPhone-style vertical content and cinematic videos using a DSLR or mirrorless camera (4K at 60fps) with a gimbal

This is a part-time role to start, with the clear goal of growing into a full-time leadership position as we scale our media operations across Canada.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) on-site at luxury listings and custom homes
  • Alternate between quick-turnaround iPhone-style content and high-production cinematic shoots using professional gear (DSLR/mirrorless, gimbal, 4K/60fps)
  • Provide on-set creative direction and collaborate with agents, designers, and team members
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, CapCut AI, and others to script, ideate, and enhance content
  • Stay on top of real estate and social media trends — including trending music, video styles, and formats
  • Break down viral content to understand why it worked, and develop your own approach for luxury real estate content
  • Stay organized using Monday.com or Notion to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of content
