• Comfortable interviewing peers and leading structured professional conversations.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Share your weekly availability and preferred time slots.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an engaging CPA/CA or BAS Agent with a strong voice and presence to host structured interview-style video podcasts. These interviews are not casual chats - they are professional learning sessions where you’ll interview your peers (fellow CPAs/CAs) on technical and practical topics relevant to accounting and tax.
Each session is conducted and recorded on Zoom, lasting around 2 hours, and designed to qualify for CPD credits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Secure your guests.
• Reach out and coordinate interviews via LinkedIn, email, or other tools (acting as both producer and host).
• Get guest approvals from the LearnFormula team before recording.
• Confirm interview questions and logistical details in advance. (From our end we develop a topic and outline based on your speaker expertise - you build the detailed questions).
• Conduct and record engaging, professional interviews over Zoom.
