ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Monochroam Host, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face of our photography sessions. You’ll help create a seamless and memorable experience for attendees, guiding them through the space, setting the tone, and ensuring everyone feels seen, included, and creatively inspired.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome attendees upon arrival with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide a brief orientation about the session theme, setup, flow, and expectations.
• Build rapport with members, models, and photographers throughout the session.
• Encourage creativity, interaction, and respectful behavior during the event.
• Act as a brand ambassador and culture leader who embodies Monochroam’s mission.
• Coordinate with the photographer and event producer to keep the session running smoothly.
• Guide attendees through scene rotations, photo opportunities, and themed areas.
• Answer questions, help attendees feel comfortable on camera, and offer posing prompts if needed.
• Support small styling or prop adjustments if required for a better shot.
• Encourage creative expression in alignment with the shoot’s aesthetic.
• Assist with check-in and tracking attendee participation.
• Ensure the space remains organized, tidy, and aligned with the brand aesthetic.
• Help document behind-the-scenes moments (photo/video snippets for social media).
• Gather feedback from attendees and relay insights to the internal team.
• Maintain safety, respect, and professionalism at all times.
