Join CXG, a global leader in Customer Experience, and collaborate with leading luxury and premium brands worldwide. We support luxury brands in improving their customer experience through structured evaluations based on real customer journeys. As part of the expansion of our freelance network, we are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to perform Customer Experience evaluations across Central & North Norway including Trondheim and Tromsø. This is a freelance, project-based collaboration. Assignments are compensated, clearly structured, and assigned based on your location and availability. The Role As a Freelance Customer Experience Evaluator, you will assess real customer journeys and provide structured feedback through our digital platform. Each assignment is clearly defined and typically takes 20–30 minutes to complete. This role is ideal for students, early-career professionals, or anyone looking for flexible, occasional work. Responsibilities Select assignments based on your availability and location Visit assigned locations and evaluate the full customer experience Pay close attention to details such as service quality, environment, and interactions Assess both in-store and digital touchpoints, including follow-up communication Submit structured and objective feedback via short online questionnaires Selection Process Apply through this platform Short screening process Access to available assignments in your area Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid driving license Must have regular access to a car Interest in the automotive industry is preferred Strong attention to detail and observational skills Ability to provide objective and structured feedback Reliable and punctual in completing assignments and reports Comfortable interacting in a retail environment Freelance, project-based collaboration Flexible schedule – choose assignments based on your availability Paid assignments (details provided per project) Opportunity to work with leading luxury brands Access to a global community of evaluators
