The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data across our various digital platforms. This role is crucial for supporting our operations and ensuring the integrity of our company information. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional who can work diligently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Accurately input and update data from various sources into our company databases and computer systems. * Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents, correcting any errors or inconsistencies. * Review data for deficiencies, resolving any discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. * Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. * Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information at all times. * Organise and manage files and documents effectively. * Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the wider team.
