REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in data entry, administration, or support roles (experience in accounts/procurement is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software (experience with Odoo is an advantage).
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Currently available in Dubai with immediate or short notice availability.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and receipts into the system.
  • Maintain and update records of suppliers, materials, and expenses.
  • Assist the procurement team with preparing LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) and following up on pending deliveries.
  • Support the accounts team with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data reconciliation and filing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for order confirmation and documentation.
  • Ensure all data is entered in a timely manner and records are properly organized.
  • Scan and upload documents into digital filing systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and vendor information.
  • Assist with basic reporting and documentation when required.
