We are looking to grow our network of freelance designers, who will work directly with For Good & Company’s creative team, project management team, and production team on a variety of client work. You will work to understand our client’s objectives, and work with your creative directors to bring that creative vision to life. As projects move into production, you will work in tandem with producers and project managers to keep the project on track and the vision in-tact. For this designer position, we are looking for someone to focus on presentation design. This individual will be responsible for: • Develop creative solutions for Keynote and PowerPoint presentations that effectively deliver complex information in digestible ways across a variety of deliverables within brief and budget. • Taking the client’s brand book and becoming a visual brand ambassador. • Establishing and maintaining the core design system including fonts, colors, styles, backgrounds, logos, etc. that are approved for use. • Creating processes and files that empower users to quickly create or modify slides according to acceptable brand guidelines and with the use of approved and up-to-date assets. Additional Design Required tasks will include: • Method act through a variety of consumer journeys to execute the design development of relevant experiences. • Think, imagine, and create what hasn’t been done. • Create design in a variety of different mediums including print, digital and 3D. • Juggle multiple projects at one time. • Partner with your creative team to bring the creative vision to life within design • Ability to self-direct. • Partner with account and production teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of work. • Have expert knowledge in print and digital production and be able to prepare mechanical art that ensures the highest quality of production. Requirements Technical /Knowledge • Expert knowledge of PPT or Keynote • Strong design fundamentals including typography, color, and composition • Expert knowledge of InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop • Expert in file set-up and color processes (RGB vs CMYK) • Expert understanding of 4-color printing process • Expert understanding image resolution, file formats, compression, etc. • Expert understanding of color correction and color management For Good & Co is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
