Role: Freelance Dietitian (German Team) Location: Remote (UK/EU-based preferred) or Glasgow (optional hybrid) Rate: £25 per hour (freelance) Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and creative Freelance Dietitian to support our growing German team Kapsel. This is a flexible role that can be carried out fully remotely, with the option to work from our Glasgow office on a hybrid basis for candidates who are locally based. As a fast-growing business, this role offers the opportunity to expand your responsibilities over time and actively shape how we deliver nutritional support and education to our patients. Key Responsibilities Meal Planning & Recipe Development Create personalised, evidence-based meal plans tailored to patient needs, with a focus on weight management Develop practical, engaging, and easy-to-follow recipes aligned with our programmes Content Creation & Proofreading Proofread and review German website content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance Support the creation of educational content (e.g. articles, guides, and resources) Community & Social Media Content Contribute to and help shape content for our weight loss Facebook group (e.g. posts, guidance, engagement ideas) Create engaging content for social media, including short-form videos and nutrition-focused posts Collaboration & Growth Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality output Contribute ideas for new content formats, patient support initiatives, and service improvements Take on additional responsibilities as the business grows and new opportunities arise What We’re Looking For Recognised degree in Dietetics or a related field. Registration with a professional body in the UK or Germany. Fluent in German (written and spoken) Experience in weight management or behavioural nutrition is highly desirable Comfortable creating content in different formats (written, visual, video) Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
