Skin + Me is a mission-driven start-up with seriously big skin goals. We’re looking for licensed Doctors / Physicians based in Germany who are fluent in English and German to work as a contractor with the Team at Skin + Me. This is a fully remote role. About the role: You will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and personalised dermatology care to our patients in Germany,. Previous experience in dermatology is advantageous but not essential - structured onboarding, training, and clinical support are provided for the role. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with clinical humility, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the confidence to work autonomously. Who you are: Registered Medical Doctor in your country. Hold a valid EU medical licence and are authorised to treat patients in Germany (e.g. German Approbation or recognised EU qualification permitting cross-border care) Legal right to work in the country you are living in. Fluent in German and English (if not native then C1 Medical German Certificate) Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience Comfortable working autonomously and making clinical decisions independently, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and confident managing patients digitally Experience in dermatology is advantageous but not required What you’ll do: Review patient consultations, assess medical histories and clinical images, and diagnose, prescribe, and manage treatment plans for patients in Germany Diagnose and manage common skin conditions including acne, melasma, hyperpigmentation and skin-ageing concerns Once trained to use Skin + Me's digital platform you will work independently within agreed clinical pathways, making your own prescribing decisions and escalating complex cases when appropriate Act as a point of escalation for complex or atypical dermatology cases ensuring we provide the best care, working closely with our Customer Support Team Maintain a strong focus on clinical quality, patient safety, and prescribing governance Monitor and uphold prescribing safety and quality standards Working pattern: Availability to start immediately is ideal but not essential Fully remote

Responsibilities

The doctor will review patient consultations, assess clinical data, and manage personalized dermatology treatment plans for patients in Germany. This includes diagnosing and managing common skin conditions independently within established clinical pathways.
