Tomofun is on the cusp of a pet-tech boom and we’re looking for smart, innovative thinkers who aspire to incredible things. > Know more about us: furbo.com | LinkedIn | Medium Tech Blog 【About the role】 We are looking for an experienced EE Consultant to serve as a key technical partner across design, quality, and product teams, helping define DQA standards and drive critical electrical design decisions. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and ODM/CM partners to ensure robust hardware performance from prototype to mass production. 【 Who you are 】 10+ years of R&D experience in Surveillance or IoT Camera design. Proficient in power circuitry design with advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Deep knowledge of EMI / EMC / ESD; capable of risk assessment, design review, and debugging. Proven experience collaborating with ODMs and Contract Manufacturers. Able to commit ~16 hours per week during the project initiation phase (3-6 months). 【 What you'll do 】 Define and optimize DQA (Design Quality Assurance) criteria and technical standards. Lead Electrical Design Reviews and drive technical decision-making in discussions. Oversee build stages from P0 through MP: Conduct internal validation and audit ODM technical reports. Perform troubleshooting and propose actionable hardware solutions. Execute RMA analysis to identify root causes and preventive measures.
