  • Role Description The Project Assistant / Coordinator is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the planning and execution of youth-focused projects and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating meetings and online sessions, maintaining project documentation, and tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items. The role involves communicating with internal teams and external partners, preparing brief reports and presentations, and helping organize events, workshops, and campaigns. The Project Assistant / Coordinator will also assist in collecting feedback, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that activities align with the Council’s mission to empower youth in the Eastern Province. This position requires proactive follow-up, attention to detail, and reliable digital communication.QualificationsStrong organizational and coordination skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation management.
  • Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to draft clear emails, reports, and summaries; Arabic language skills are an asset.
  • Comfort with remote work tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared online documents, project management platforms).
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including youth participants, volunteers, and partner organizations.
  • Demonstrated interest in youth development, community engagement, or social impact initiatives.
  • Attention to detail, reliability in meeting deadlines, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a part-time setting.
  • Relevant education or training in fields such as project management, social sciences, public administration, or a related area is preferred.
  • Prior experience in coordinating events, projects, or volunteer activities is beneficial but not strictly required.
